bank that consolidates that debt? I read the other day that it's possible to consolidate credit card debts while getting a lower rate, who can really do that.
I wish i had only one credit card instead of 4.

If you really have that much credit racked up, still, please repost to the board, and let us know how you're doing. I (and many others) have valuable input, but its been 11 months, and it would be good to know how things have changed for you in the meantime

I am not sure which bank lets you to consolidate debt. But you will find many credit cards offers online. Choose according to your usage requirement from the different credit card options.

A couple of the people I've spoken to over the past 6 months have mentioned that I may need to consider filing bankruptcy, most recently one of the managers at Chase's collection company. From a logical perspective, I can see that bankruptcy is likely my only viable option---but the hopeful stubborn side of me doesn't want to give up after working so hard over the last two years to get out of this situation---I'm so close to making it work. If bankruptcy is how it turns out, I may as well as filed back then.

Anyone have a bankruptcy attorney in San Diego to recommend? Chien? I think you are in SoCal.
