another plus, is that you can use points that you earn on most of your everyday purchases toward purchasing items associated with your carnival cruise...like free gifts that you can purchase with your points before your cruise and have waiting for you in your room when you board the ship...that was a plus for me...i like freebies...i didn't have any cons...it's a pretty good card.

I have the card. You earn dicounts against cruise costs. The downside is that you can still buy the same cruises for less money from 3rd party vendors. Try cruisecompete.com
