Basically we would like to go into debt $400 over what we are already in debt to get this started. Right now we do not have any income but we will start to get a little income in a few weeks.

You have what we call " Moxie", the ability to go ahead on a shoe string, no income, already in debt but betting an additional $ 400. that an idea will work. One of your answerers said you might earn a lot more per week by working a regular job where you have no risk and would have income to live and pay off some of your old debt. That is a sounder approach.
