hi there...I've just found out that my account has been overdrawn with $ 6000. I called the bank and they told me that the the state of illinois attempted to take the money from my account as I had a debt to a credit card company that was probabily passed to the state of illinois. anyway, the bank told me that they won't fulfill the transaction as I am not covered. my question is what is going to happen next, as I don't have the $ 6000 to cover my debt to the state. I don't have anything on my name, so what's going to happen to me? can they arrest me for this?

Right now I don't know much about this but I will find it and let you know.
