I have a question regarding returning an item on my credit card. I bought the item a month ago and have already paid off my balance for the item. I am still in the return period and plan on returning it due to a problem (not exchanging). I purchased the item with my American Express Blue Sky card, which I occasionally use. I'm assuming the ammount will go back onto my card as a credit (Item was $1,000). I seldom use this card and was wondering if they put the money back in my bank account, issue a refund, or am I stuck with the credit until I use it? Thanks.
