Default Can I pay the EMI amount by using my credit card?

I have 50 days grace period for paying my card payment. If I purchase something by EMI, if the EMI amount would be 1200/RS Can I pay it by using my credit card? Can I pay my(1200) credit card amount with in 50 days(that is without any interest?)? Please help me....
