How do I choose a Credit Card company and which is the best?
Some offer no fee no APR on balance transfer for a year. or 6 month, 8 month, etc. Some charge fee on Balance transfer. Some are fixed APR low rate of 8% some are 18%....etc. They keep sending me bunch of "pre-Aprooved" card offer every week. Why is that? Am I in good credit standing?
