World Finacial provides credit cards for Chadwicks, MetroStyle, and many more. I had a Chadwicks' card and they stopped mailing me statments even though I did not request them to be delivered via email and reported me to the credit agencies. Once I found out I paid imediatly and cancelled my card.

Now, I found out that I am 90 days late for my Metro Card (which I didn't realize was World Financial as well or it would have been cancelled too). It has destroyed my credit rating and I am trying to purchase a home. This time I didn't pay right away because they are refuseing to let me talk to customer service without paying in full first and will not provide me with a statment.

What legal recourse do I have? Is it best to pay first and ask questions latter? (The only reason I didn't pay was because last time after I paid and gave them and cancelled my card, they would not help me with the credit agency)
