WARNING. Don't use PayPal Plus Credit Card unless you buy a lot with eBay. You can redeem points, but you only can get a voucher for your points that you hardly can use somewhere else. Here are the conditions for redeeming a voucher:

1. PayPal purchases only (excluding shipping costs). However, not all websites that accept PayPal accept vouchers.

2. Reward Vouchers cannot be redeemed for purchases on eBay Express, recurring payments and purchases on websites that do not enable Reward Voucher redemption.

3. Unused Balance. Reward Vouchers are for single use only. If the Reward Voucher amount exceeds the purchase or shipping amount, as applicable, the remaining unused Reward Voucher balance cannot be used and will be forfeited.

4. Reward Voucher expires 60 days from when it was issued.
