Credit Cards , with discounts? Who can give me the best cashback discounts?

I don't use cards much anymore but they are many who give good cash back rewards. Who does everyone recommend to get the most out of them, assuming you do not carrie a balance?

Give reasons using dollars why yours in the best. Thanks
So many to choose from. Some offer 1 to 6% on gas, other give you cash back each quarter, etc. What is the best?
