know he did it? i guess he stole a credit card from someone and i didnt know he did it but the cops are calling me and questioning me about it he even offered to pay for somethings for me the day he stole it but he knew he owed me money, so i thought he was just being nice i am freaked out now i have no record at all never been in trouble in my life.... please help i am obvioulsy scared?
i am adding on to this question,, he was with me and he has been my friend for a long time thats prolly why they are calling me about it too i know someone who got a petty larceny charge for this for my friend putting gas in his truck with the stolen card and he was with me when he was using it but still i had no idea he had a stolen card ??

Hmmm, I don't know the law but here is my opinon. I doubt you will get in trouble if you tell them what happend. It's impossible to know if your friend is using a stolen card unless you ask to see the cards they going to use all the time. Anyways I don't think you have anything to worry if you tell the truth. The thought of an accessory to the crime came to mind. But I tihnk that applies to people that knows or doesnt stop what they know.
