im looking to buy prepaid card to buy some stuff onlinewat store i can walk into and buy one :Pwell basically i hate credit cards but i have to get some thing online for my fiance no avoiding it, paying 30$'s to set it up is nothing, and i dont need an ATM, i need a prepaid/gift card with CC numbers

I remember those but they cost a lot. First off you have to start a savings account and you are allowed to borrow your own money. So you can use your own money to build credit. They will charge you a yearly fee and a very high intrest rate on your own money. If it was not for being able to use these to build credit they would not be worth it. What you need to do is go to a bank most any bank and open a savings acount and a checking account. Ask for a Visa ATM card. If just being able to use a card is all you want that works great. But for on line just go to PayPal and get an account works great as well but you still have to have a checking account. Most everyone online accepts PayPal and it is a little safer because for them to accept PayPal the will be approved by PayPal and their accounts loged on their system. Just incase you pay and don't sent your product.I hope that helped.
