Default Can A Teen buy a prepaid credit card?????

Hi Im 14 I saw the advertisement on tv about the prepaid credit cards. Id like to know if teens can buy it, and idc if they got hidden cost i just want one for ebay thanks!!!

Anyone can buy a credit card at their local grocery store...it's considered a gift certificate so no ID or age limit is required. Just look wherever your grocery store has the wall of a million gift cards. You have to buy a mimimum amount (often $25, $50 or $100) and there is often a fee to get the card. You can find out the fee when you go to buy at the cash register. Once you've spent the money, you call the company to find out how to add more money to it without a fee and they will most likely tell you were to go. Just FYI, I think the American Express card is one of the most expensive to buy.
