These are small telecommunication companies that buy "minutes" from major owners of telecommunication infrastructure and then package them into "Calling cards". There are tons of them. The ones I like the best are Nobelcom, Tel3 and 1st4Phonecards. The long distance rates are quite low, especially for international destinations.
