HEY! =]] !! i turned 16 a couple of months ago and ive always wanted acredit card just so i can shop online...you know the basic stuff you usally dont see in stores around canada.
i live in ottawa and i was wondering if anyone knew any pre paid credit cards that were easy to get. even if your only 16.i could also get one taht has to be signed buy an adult but is not under thier name...
i have heard about the much music credit card and i dont leik the feed back on it..if u have any good feed back on it id be glad to hear it. also the My treat Vancity Visa which has no age ristriction but i cant find a branch in ottawa ...if anyone has a prepaid card and they know how to get one if ur 16 and knows alot about it...plz help..and id really liek to have your email if you know alot about it so i can figure this out.

I dont know if there is are age limitations or not, but I can tell you about my own experiences with the prepaid master card. I got one for the same reasons, to buy on ebay, and also to pay my bills with out having to get a bank account. It has been very convenient. And should be a great credit builder and learning tool for a young person such as your self. You can not spend too much by going over your limits, but you are still buying with plastic. There are no crazy outrageous interest rates pay, although you do pay like $1.00 or $2.00 fee each time you use it. But the fees are way less then the interest rates of most cards. For online buying it proves to be the perfect solution, especially for those with poor credit, such as myself.
