Default Does PayPal or a similar company offer pre-paid cards for making purchases online
without a credit card? Would like to find something I can buy in a store, like the iTunes cards and the gift cards that most drug stores have on display.

western union has prepaid credit cards.you can use this to make online purchases.

PayPal doesn't seem to offer one, but you can paypal money to someone with an e-card. Other companies, like Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover offer physical gift cards.

Yes, PayPal offers a debit card, which can draw funds from your PayPal account. It can be used basically the same way a credit card is used.
