I got the Emerald Prepaid Credit Card with H&R block for $500. Can I go

online and file taxes myself? I went to H & R block. I received the $500 Emerald Card. I am needing to file my taxes quickly and am still waiting on 1 W2 form. I called the company and they said I could go online and file my taxes and gave me all of their info. Can I do that having received the H & R block prepaid Emerald Card?
I just called H & R Block and they said I couldn't file and have it put on that card. They said they have to have the W2 form.
