Ok so basically, I have my own job, I make a decent amount of money. However I cannot enjoy it because every single thing I purchase online with my credit card my parents look at my billing statement online and criticize every single thing I buy no matter how normal or far out or cheap it is. There are also some thing I want to buy that I don't want my parents to know I am buying.

I have heard about people getting prepaid cards at Walmart or something of that nature and using those on internet sites, there is not billing statement so the parents have no idea.

However, when going to walmart or target or sometwhere to buy regular items I have never seen these. Are they on display at the checkout? Am I blind? Do you have to ask first? Also whats the standard fee for getting one started etc etc. I need to know all the details so I can go in and get one without fuss and without feeling like an idiot.
