Default Does anyone have a used up pre-paid credit card?

I need a pre-paid credit card with 0 dollars in it so I can activate my paypal. So if you have one with 0 dollars in it, can you please tell me the info of it? If I get my paypal confirmed by it, i'll send you 1 dollar to your paypal.

Just go to your local grocery store and purchase one! It's like a $10 activation fee.

I acutally think that your card does have to have some money on it as paypal actually places a HOLD on the money to make sure that the card is good and that it matches your information...so say I gave you my old prepaid and it has jane doe on it, since your name is not that and our addresses differ, I think that the card will be rejected.
Why not go to walmart and get your own card.
A card can be had for ANY amount plus the activation fee.
If you are selling on ebay you can make up this money in no time flat
A cheaper way to activate your paypal would be to just open up a bank account (FREE)
and use that account as your confirmation
of your ID with paypal
