there becides me? I earned $125.00 of reward points with my PayPal card and went to their web site and claimed $125 of vouchers which they promised to send me by e-mail and never did. I spent 2 months of numerious phone calls and e-mails and kept getting passed back and forth from PayPal and GE Bank . I have been made promices that it would be taken care of but nothing ever happened. I am wondering if they are ripping everyone else off also? I went to the Better Business Bureau and they kept passing my case from office to office 1st saying it was GE Banks problem, not PayPals then saying GE Bank told them it was PayPals problem so they just closed the case and said I have to deal with Paypal which I have been for over 2 months and getting no where. Does GE Bank own the Better Bussiness Bureau now ? Where do you go for help if the Better Business Bureau is in GE Banks pocket?
